Refund Policy
 

No Refunds. All fees paid or payable by You to Pivot Foundation Inc or Pivot Consulting LLC, including the fees as discussed above and other costs and fees as provided in this Agreement and the Pivot Foundation Inc. App, are final and nonrefundable except in Pivot Foundation Inc. or Pivot Consulting LLC. sole and absolute discretion.
